Return & Exchange Policy (Within India)

We provide a customer-friendly policy to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience with us. We are here for you even after your purchase. Please review our terms before placing an order.
Return
As a company policy, we do not accept returns on goods once sold.
Exchange
- We ONLY provide size exchange. We DO NOT offer product exchange.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
- For size issues, email us at pocketbag@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- After confirmation, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. A return fee of ₹100 will be charged to the customer.
- If the desired size is out of stock, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.
- For unavailable reverse pickup locations, customers must courier the item to us.
- Products must be returned in an unused condition with original tags and invoice.
- If you ship an item without notifying us via email, your exchange will not be processed.
- Products purchased during sale/discount are non-exchangeable. Please check the size chart carefully.
Damaged / Wrong Delivery
All products go through 3 layers of quality check before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours at pocketbag@gmail.com.
After confirmation, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing us.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after deducting a 3% payment gateway charge.
Disclaimer
All products are handcrafted, so minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and should be expected.
A 10–12% color difference may occur due to screen resolution and lighting. Returns/exchanges are not accepted for such variations.
We make every effort to represent colors as accurately as possible, but display differences across devices may affect what you see.
